WithInsight has been a game-changing partner for the Midwest Regional Children’s Advocacy Center (MRCAC) for the last four years. We’ve engaged their services for a wide array of projects to support our internal practices and those of our partner organizations around the nation. They go above and beyond to assess organizational need and then design programming, curriculum, and coaching that will really have an impact. They have been exceptionally thoughtful in meeting each of our partner organizations exactly where they are, doing proactive outreach so that our network gets everything they need to do critical evaluation work. Every time we meet with them, we learn something completely new about our work. They’ve made us better, and we truly consider them a part of our team rather than external consultants.

Collaborative, creative and curious.
WithInsight has proven to be the smart and nimble partner we need to help our organization and our grantee partners learn together, and continue to deepen strategic work. They stepped into a very complex collaboration, already underway, of cross-institutional grantee partners focused on teacher preparation, development, and retention. We hired them first for their skills in group engagement and facilitation, field analysis, and data management—which were terrific. Nora, Kara, and their team quickly established solid relationships with our team and our grantee partners, serving as thought partners, data management and evaluation coaches—timely support we would not be able to otherwise provide. They listen well, with great cultural competence, and bring their smart questions and strong ideas to help us move forward and apply our emergent learning. Now, after five years of work together, Kara and Nora are helping us move into a new strategic phase, one that is more intentionally equitable, that builds on our prior work but opens more opportunity for collaboration, iteration, and co-development with local partners. As our needs have changed, it’s been terrific to have WithInsight come along with us to continue our learning. Their skill set is deep, and their curiosity, creativity, professionalism, and good humor are essential to our successful partnership.

I had the privilege of working with WithInsight during my time leading the education collaborative Generation Next. In the two years we worked together, they successfully convened networks of literacy organizations and fused the disparate players into a single, highly focused, data-driven collaborative that is improving reading outcomes for kids. We modeled our literacy work within schools on their successful model of continuous improvement.
WithInsight is skilled in facilitation and empathy with a deep understanding of how to use data to achieve targeted outcomes. They are exceptionally effective leading small groups; they demonstrated the ability to work with our highly empowered, diverse board of directors who bring many perspectives to the table.
